The mission of the IETF is to provide hope to the essential tremor (ET) community worldwide through awareness, education, support, and research. The IETF has distributed more than $1,200,000 in research grants, to fund promising studies, in the search for the cause of and treatment for essential tremor. They host a variety of education programs including a podcast series, and oversee a global network of support groups. The IETF also provides assistance to a vast network of support groups around the world.
